Self-care is a huge part of Sarah’s lifestyle, as is routine. “I always knew I wanted to create something bigger than myself. To empower. As clear as the intention was in my mind, the path wasn’t always so clear. But I always knew that if I kept my heart open and stayed connected with Spirit, I would discover how to get there along the way. To contribute towards humankind, leaving humanity better than I found it, – I have made my mark and that’s a feeling of undeniable freedom".
