Sarah is the face behind the brand. An intuitive and spiritual woman who relies on ‘the power of energy’ in her life. Sarah brings a unique perspective to the 44 group with her principles of physical, emotional and spiritual vitality.
She's not only founded a successful chain of wellness spas throughout the UK, but also has intuitive abilities that make her sensitive to deeper issues, making her invaluable to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in health, wellbeing, and vitality through our businesses and our foundation.
An Energetic Healer, Advanced Frequency Therapist, Mind, Body and Spirit Connector, Entrepreneur, Mother, Wife, Friend, Teacher — all these things and more, her story is truly inspirational and very much a part of The 44 Group success.
With a minimalist ideology, an eye for detail and heart for business, Sarah channels her vision into The 44 Group to bring a space in the world empowering individuals to awaken their fullest potential, experience profound wellbeing, and create a ripple effect of positive change.
Self-care is a huge part of Sarah’s lifestyle, as is routine. She practices what she preaches and starts each day at 4.44am for her morning rituals to cultivate mindfulness and gratitude, because she believes that ‘a beautiful day starts with a beautiful heartset’ to put her best self into the world each and every day.
“I always knew I wanted to create something bigger than myself. To empower. As clear as the intention was in my mind, the path wasn’t always so clear. But I always knew that if I kept my heart open and stayed connected with Spirit, I would discover how to get there along the way. To contribute towards humankind, leaving humanity better than I found it, – I have made my mark and that’s a feeling of undeniable freedom".
Duncan has a unique experience having worked in both the third sector and private sector seeking commercial solutions to people and planet issues. Duncan is passionate about enabling a triple bottom line return on People, Planet and Profit to enable sustainable and sizeable impact for human flourishing.
After a successful career in Humanitarian Aid where he led the development arm of one of the worlds most recognised iNGOs, he moved into the then newly described Impact Investment industry enabling businesses that had a strong human impact to access much needed funds. Duncan led a private equity backed business which raised over £150m for purpose led businesses and charities working with brands such as IMG, Pele, Seven Seas, Crowdfunder, Rathbones Bank, UNICEF and many more.
