Who are we?
In relation to Data Protection, We are the Data Controller. We are responsible for collecting your Data and setting the rules of how it will be processed. We are committed to complying with the UK’s Data ProtectionLaw and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the protection of Personal Data, as well as the principles of data security in the configuration of our services. What Data is being collected and processed?
The purpose for processing your personal information is to allow us to keep in contact with you, which has been deemed as ‘Legitimate Interest’ to you.
We will then process your details through our internal systems to enable us to maintain contact with you. Any email communications we send will comply with the Privacy and E-communications Regulation ("PECR”). No direct marketing activity will be undertaken unless you have previously provided us with Consent to contact you.
How do we receive information about you?
We receive your Personal Information from different sources:
• When you voluntarily provide us with your personal details when you contact us via web, email or phone.
• From third-party providers, services and public registers (for example, Companies House).
Sharing of Data with other Data Controllers/Processors
We Microsoft 365 cloud platform which does not have direct access to your personal information due to their own security policies & processes.
The data you share with us is only used by us. Should there be a need to discuss your personal data with a 3rd party then we will discuss and agree that with you beforehand.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have a number of rights, which you are free to exercise at any time. These rights are;

The personal information we hold can be any or all of the following;

There will be no charge for this 'Subject Access Request' but if you log multiple requests, or the request is seen as excessive in nature, then there may be nominal charge which we will require to cover the administration of your request.
How You Can Access And Update Your Information

Retention
We will take steps to erase any Personal Data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it is collected or otherwise processed. We will only retain data in order to satisfy legal requirements, and will periodically check with you to ensure you're still happy for us to hold your data.
